The ranking

When an MSP asks an assistant which RMM software to buy, the model reads the web and compresses it. This is the share of that reading each vendor holds.

Read it as a ratio, not a score: the vendor at the top is named in the sources roughly 4× as often as the vendor in tenth place. That gap is what an assistant compresses away.
